Do I wear it when I sleep?
No, you remove them at night and open the battery door to save battery life.
Does it take batteries? If so, what kind?
Yes, it takes a standard 312 battery. Typically, the tab on the battery is Brown.
How long do the batteries last?
It depends on how long you use them each day but generally from 7-10 days. But remember, when you go to sleep it’s best to take them out and open the battery door to help the battery last longer.

You can purchase batteries from any drug store (Walgreens, CVS, etc.) or they can be found online too.
